Question 1:Are you a factory or trading company? How many people work in your company?

A:We are a factory and we got 150 workers still this year.

Question 2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 4 hours bus ride from Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Question 3:What’s the products you can provide?

A: We can provide non woven bag,PP woven bag,RPET bag,polyester bag,cotton/canvas bag,paper bag,PP bag,etc. We can also choose material as customers’ requirement.

Question 4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:"Quality is priority. Ouxun people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning of the process to the very end.

Question 5:Do you have stock products to sell?

A: No. We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quality, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your request. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.

Question 6:What about MOQ?

Our MOQ for easy open bag is 500pcs, for bag with complex structure is 3000-5000 pcs

Question 7:What’s common packing?

Common packing is to put the bags in cartons and sealed in the strap. If you have other requirements, like put one piece in one opp bag, please let us know, it needs to charge in separate.

Question 8:What’s terms of payment?

30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.

30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C

100% TT in advance,Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment

Question9 : When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

A: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD,EPS is workable.

Question 10:How can I get a sample to check your quality? And what’s the sample cost and lead time?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you just need samples with any printing to check the design and quality , we will provide you samples for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

Sample cost: it depends on your bag design

Sample lead time: 5-7days after printing artwork

Question 11: When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Question 12:What’s your delivery time?

For 5000pcs, we need around 25days after sample approval. Bigger quantity. More days needed.

If your goods are very urgent, please discuss with us, we will try our best to arrange our factory to finish your order first.
