Question 4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Hope to attach great importance to quality control (from the beginning of the process to the end) and responsible after-sales service if there any problem caused from our side.

Question 5: Do you have stock products to sell?

A: No. We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quality, design, logo, packing solution, etc will depend on your request.

Question 6: What about MOQ?

A: Our MOQ for per Custom Material/Size/Logo Design/Simple Structure: usually 500-5000pcs

MOQ for per Custom Color/Complex Structure : mainly depend on the Material and Size, maybe more than 3000-5000 pcs.

Question 7: What’s common packing?

A: 1. dozens of bags as a bundle. 2. Put these bundles into the master cartons. 3. Seal the cartons with packaging tape.

If you have other requirements, like put one piece in one opp bag, please let us know, it needs to charge in separate.

Question 8: What’s terms of payment?

30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery/with TT documents

30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C

100% TT in advance,Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment

Question 9 : When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

A: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD,EPS is workable.

Question 10: How can I get a sample to check your quality? And what’s the sample cost and lead time?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples.

If you just want to check our quality but without any printing, we will provide you with free samples (about 1-3 days) and only charge you the express freight.

If you need the samples with printing, apart from express freight. We will calculate the sample cost based on your design. Sample lead time is about 5-7 days.

Question 11: When can I get the quotation?

A: Usually within 24 hours after getting inquiries, some complex and difficult inquiries might be within 48-72 hours. If you have the time limitation to get the price, please let us know as soon as possible.

Question 12: What’s your delivery time?

A: For 5000 pcs, we need about 25 days after sample approval and receiving the deposit. Larger quantity, the longer production time.
