1. Prepare materials

When preparing materials, we need to select polypropylene, which can be in the form of granules or films. In the preparation process, an appropriate amount of dyes, additives, and some accessories for woven bags should be included.

2. Extrusion film making

Then we have to prepare polypropylene film by extrusion, which involves melting polypropylene granules in an extruder. With the help of the pressure of the extruder, the molten polypropylene is evenly extruded to form a polypropylene film with a specific thickness. This film is the basic material for PP woven bags.

3. Dyeing treatment

The extruded polypropylene film is then dyed to make our PP woven bags more beautiful and colorful. We can select a variety of dyes and ratios according to needs, and after mixing with polypropylene film, a uniform coating is applied to the surface of the film. Finally, we air dry the dyed film to ensure that the dye is stably attached to the surface of the film.

4. Weaving Processing

The dyed polypropylene film is cut into long strips of woven bags. The sheets are then placed on a weaving machine and processed using different processes such as plain weaving and jacquard weaving according to specific needs.

5. Pressing and molding

The woven bag sheets are formed through heating and pressing processes, and special pressing equipment is used to compress the edges, bottoms and sides of the woven bags to enhance the firmness and durability of the woven bags.

6. Printing Processing

In the printing process, the surface of the formed PP woven bags can be printed with text and patterns to achieve identification or decorative functions. Printing methods can choose offset printing, screen printing and other technologies to evenly apply pigments to the surface of the bag to create patterns.
